Deep Cleaning Checklist

Living Room/Family Room

• Dust and wipe all surfaces, including shelves, tables, baseboards, and vents

• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture (under and behind when possible)

• Move light furniture to clean beneath and behind

• Clean and disinfect light switches, door handles, and remote controls

• Wash or wipe window sills, frames, and blinds

• Clean mirrors, glass doors, and interior windows

• Wipe ceiling fans and light fixtures

• Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners

Bedrooms

• Dust and wipe all surfaces, including headboards, dressers, and nightstands

• Vacuum carpets and under beds

• Sweep and mop hard floors, moving small furniture when possible

• Wipe down doors, light switches, and baseboards

• Clean mirrors, glass, and window sills

• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces like drawer handles and switches

• Organize visible clutter and straighten bedding

• Clean under and behind furniture if accessible

Bathrooms

• Scrub and disinfect toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, and countertops
