We start with a free, no-obligation visit to assess your home — we measure the space, understand your needs, and explain how we work. After that, we provide a detailed quote.
For first-time cleanings, we may recommend a deep cleaning to bring everything up to standard.
We schedule based on your availability, use high-quality products, and guarantee your satisfaction — if anything doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll come back and make it right at no extra cost.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer transparent pricing with flat rates based on the size and type of your home (for example, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home typically starts around $180).
We also offer discounts for recurring services — 10% to 15% off for biweekly or weekly cleanings.
Additional services like oven, fridge, or window interior cleaning are available for an extra charge.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team is trained in-house and follows strict quality standards at every step — from safe product use and efficient techniques to careful attention to detail.

We offer both recurring services (weekly, biweekly) and one-time deep cleanings.

We recommend scheduling an initial walkthrough, comparing quotes, and making sure you understand exactly what’s included (products, time, number of cleaners). If you're looking for ongoing service, weekly or biweekly plans usually offer better value.
Be cautious with very low prices — quality is worth the investment.
